1. Order Cancellation by Customer
Before Shipment

After Shipment
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled directly.
  • However, you may refuse delivery or request a return after receiving the product (refer to our Return Policy).

Innovista.shop reserves the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:

  • Product is out of stock or unavailable
  • Issues with payment authorization
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transaction
  • Incorrect pricing or product information due to technical errors

In such cases, customers will be notified promptly and full refunds will be issued.
